Sebastian O'Connell - operations director 

Seb has over 15 year’s expertise in applying Recruitment Process Outsourcing and managed service concepts on a global basis. As the strategic driving force behind Randstad Managed Services, Seb advises board level clients on strategic HR issues, providing innovative and workable solutions for streamlining recruitment and employment-related services. Within the Randstad group, he advises national and international clients exploring RPO and managed service solutions, and is pivotal to ensuring that we continue to lead the global benchmark for best-in-class in our industry.
 
His emphasis is always on improving the quality of clients’ talent acquisition, improving employer branding, and achieving significant cost savings without compromising on their capacity to exploit opportunities or manage risk. The core values of Randstad are at the heart of everything Seb stands for and he applies his innovation in thought leadership and IT to deliver projects over several years within the context of clients’ most pressing and more long-ranging challenges.
 
Seb is a non-executive director on the European board of the Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA), the leading body for the global HR outsourcing industry and a member of the association’s special interest group for recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
Niall Hallahan - finance director 

Having started his career at News Corporation, Niall moved into the recruitment industry in the mid 90’s and now has over 15 years' recruitment industry and RPO experience, having held financial directorships at leading UK recruitment and consultancy businesses. Throughout his career he has set up best practice MI and front to back office processes in all of the aforementioned companies as well as playing a key part in assisting their growth.

Niall is a member if the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Phill Brown - director of shared services 

Phill has over 16 years' experience delivering volume recruitment and compliance services to a variety of clients across all market sectors. Including high volume customer facing roles for a range of global retail, leisure and financial institutions.  He has extensive experience of shared service centre design, implementation and delivery of RPO and offsite recruitment services.

Phill heads our shared service centre, which supports our on-site teams with the whole range of recruitment and compliance services, including, but not limited to, payrolling, timesheeting, reporting, pre-employment screening, on boarding and off boarding.
Steve Campion- solutions director

Steve has been with the Randstad Group for almost 15 years and has held a number of senior positions, principally targeted at combining technology and process to deliver client and company benefit.
 
As an experienced ICT and change manager, Steve is skilled in translating business goals into practical solutions and in managing a range of technologies, complex business improvement programmes and developing effective teams. Providing our client service directors with expert advice on how technology can enhance proposed solutions, Steve also consults with our clients’ on integration, compliance, safeguarding data security and upholding rigorous procurement procedures.

The strategies we implement on behalf of our clients are largely powered by the solutions and systems created and built by Steve’s core team of technology experts, who themselves have acquired years of valuable experience working for major recruitment, IT and professional services companies.
Sarah MacLachlan - In-House Counsel Sarah MacLachlan - in-house counsel

In the Managed Service and RPO business, having the in-house capacity to give legal support and advice to on-site account management teams allows providers to expeditiously resolve employment law and contractual queries that might arise, from agency workers to immigration issues.

Our in-house counsel, Sarah MacLachlan, is a qualified lawyer who has herself worked as a recruitment consultant. As well as providing expert support to account managers, freeing them up to focus on core service delivery responsibilities, she provides information and fact-sheets that keep clients updated on relevant developments in employment law.
